Delete your Ludo Cities account

In the app

1. Open Ludo Cities and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

It takes effect straight away. You are signed out and the account cannot be recovered.

What is removed

• Your profile: display name (it becomes free for others), city, age group, chat setting, rating and totals.
• Your sign-in: the anonymous account, and the Apple, Google or email link (with the email address and password).
• Your block list.
• Your name and id in finished matches. The matches stay, with "Deleted player" in your place, so other players' history and the fairness pages still work.

What we may keep

• Typed chat from the last 7 days is deleted automatically within that time.
• Reports you made or that were made about you, for as long as they are needed to protect other players (normally no more than 12 months).
• Records we must keep by law, and purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies.
• Server logs for a short time.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel the Cities Pass in your Apple ID subscriptions or in Google Play first, or you will keep being billed.

If you no longer have the app

Reinstall it on the phone you used and delete the account from Settings. If you cannot do that, ask us: email [email protected] with your display name, roughly when you played, and a match id from a game you played. Anonymous accounts have no email we can check, so we can only delete one if the details you give clearly show it is yours.
